The effect of homogenization treatment on the thermal processing of CuZn7Al4Si0.1
In order to study the influence of homogenization treatment on the thermal processing performance of CuZn7Al4Si0.1,different heat treatment processes were carried out,and the microorganization and performance of copper strip were analyzed by metalgraphic microscope and universal testing machine.The results show that the dendrite segregation of CuZn7Al4Si0.1 ingot changed obviously after 6h homogenization treatment ranging from 700℃to 900℃.With the increase of the annealing temperature,the dendrite segregation of CuZn7Al4Si0.1 ingot gradually decreased and disappeared.When the uniform annealing temperature rises to 850℃and the insulation time is 6h,the dendrite evolution disappears in the alloy tissue.
