Geological feature and prospecting criteria of Erlang Cu deposit in Midu,Yunnan
The copper ore body in the area occurs in the near-north tectonic erosion zone in the lower section of nanxin Formation(K2n1)of the Upper Cretaceous system,and is strictly controlled by tectonics.The ore body is produced in the shape of layer and lens in the erosion zone,and the ore body is not consistent with that of surrounding rock and erosion zone,and bends along the direction and tendency.The copper ore in this area is oxidized ore,and the ore structure mainly has gravel structure,block structure and gravel structure;the main associated useful component is Ag.It is preliminarily believed that the origin type of copper deposit in this area should be structural hydrothermal copper deposit.It has a certain prospecting prospect.
