白钨矿实验室选矿工艺流程研究

受文山州某矿业有限公司委托,对云南省某矿区白钨矿矿石进行实验室流程选矿工艺试验研究,在研究原矿性质的基础上进行条件试验确定适宜的粗磨磨矿细度、H2SO4、Na2SiO3、T201、AL2(SO4)3 等的用量,在最佳条件试验结果的基础上,设计了开、闭路试验流程,得到最终的工艺流程和结果为:原矿-200 目占70%,H2SO4 为6000g/t,Na2SiO3 用 量为3000g/t,T201用量为340g/t,Al2(SO4)3 用量200g/t,试样含WO30.82%、CaF216.94%,采用优先浮选流程,白钨精矿达YS/T231-2007白钨精矿二类III级品质要求,精矿达到YB/T5217-2002的FC-95品质要求.
Research on the beneficiation process flow of scheelite laboratory
Entrusted by a mining company in Wenshan Prefecture,the laboratory flowsheet beneficiation process test of Scheelite ore in a mining area in Yunnan Province was carried out.On the basis of studying the properties of raw ore,the condition test was carried out to determine the appropriate coarse grinding fineness,H2SO4,Na2SiO3,T201,AL2(SO4)3,etc,The final process flow and results obtained are:raw ore-200 mesh accounts for 70%,H2SO4 accounts for 6000g/t,Na2SiO3 accounts for 3000g/t,T201 accounts for 340g/t,Al2(SO4)3 accounts for 200g/t,and the sample contains WO30.82%and CaF216.94%.Using the priority flotation process,the scheelite concentrate meets the quality requirements of YS/T231-2007 scheelite grade II III,and the concentrate meets the FC-95 quality requirements of YB/T5217-2002.
