Analysis of geological characteristics and deposit genesis of Zhilingtou gold mine,Suichang County,Zhejiang Province
The Zhilingtou area is rich in minerals, forming a combination of precious metals such as gold and silver, and non-ferrous metals such as lead, zinc, copper, molybdenum and sulphide iron ore.The developed gold and silver ore bodies are in the form of complex veins, which are endowed in the brittle and ductile fractures of the Badu Group.Gold and silver ore minerals consist of metal minerals and veinstone minerals.Metallic minerals are mainly gold and silver ore, pyroxene, pyrite, followed by a small amount of magnetite and other components. The structure of gold and silver ore is he-shaped grain structure,semi-autonomous grain structure, crushed structure, etc.;the gold and silver ore structure is dominated by massive structure, breccia structure. The main types of mineralisation and alteration are silicification, sericification, chlorite and pyrite.Combined with the geotectonic position of the study area and the characteristics of the mineral assemblage of the ore,it is believed that the Zhilingtou gold deposit is a regional metamorphic hydrothermal mineralisation, with superimposed enrichment of magmatic hydrothermal fluids at a later stage.
