小铁山矿立式砂仓分级尾砂充填系统建设历史久远,分级尾砂颗粒较粗、细粒径成分缺失,导致充填料浆泌水量大、水泥分层离析严重、充填成本高,通过添加粉煤灰改性粗颗粒分级尾砂的级配,实现了组合料似膏体充填,显著提高了充填质量和效果.
New idea of grading modification and paste filling of coarse particle size graded tailings
The hierarchical tailings filling system of hemisphic-bottom vertical sand silo in Xiaotieshan Mine was built in the 1980s,and there are a series of technical problems in the actual operation.Through the technical upgrading measures such as the transformation of the cone bottom of the vertical sand silo and the upgrading of the automatic control system,the filling quality and effect have been significantly improved.
