Interpretation and implementation suggestions of"Technical Specifications for pollution control of manganese residue"(HJ 1241-2022)
In order to promote the relevant units to accurately comprehend the provisions of the"Technical Specifications for pollution control of manganese residue"(HJ 1241-2022),and to promote the implementation of this environmental management technical requirements in the electrolytic manganese industry,this paper clarified the manganese slag characteristic pollutant discharge,resource utilization,and the current status of environmental pollution prevention measures to interpret the newly released technical specification.The newly released technical specifications were interpreted by the following aspects:the basic idea of standardization,technical requirements for pollution control of collection,storage,transportation,pretreatment,utilization,filling or backfilling,landfill pollution control,environmental pollutant monitoring,and environmental management.The implementation of technical specifications will accelerate the technical transformation of the electrolytic manganese industry and the pollution prevention of manganese,so as to promote the green development of the electrolytic manganese industry in China.
