Stability Analysis and accident prevention management of underground bauxite mine roof
The accurate classification of roadway surrounding rock grades is the basis for evaluating the safety and stability of underground engineering.Aiming at the problem of roof falling in underground bauxite mine in Xingxian County,Lvliang City,Shanxi Province, combined with field exploration and engineering measurement, the five-level standard roof and five-level surrounding rock stability classification are divided and formulated from the analysis of roof lithology, rock structure and robustness coefficient of roadway roof.On this basis, through the in-depth analysis of the deformation and failure characteristics of the roadway, the corresponding support scheme of the fifth-grade surrounding rock is formulated. This paper expounds and puts forward the roof management method of underground bauxite mine, and points out that the management should be detailed analysis from five aspects:system construction, hazard source identification and hidden trouble investigation, education and training, process management and emergency disposal,so as to form a whole-process and whole-chain closed-loop roof management mode. The research results can provide theoretical basis and engineering application value for the stability analysis of roadway surrounding rock and engineering accident prevention in bauxite mines.
