摘要
直流电耗是铜电解过程中的一项重要经济技术指标.在生产模式固定的情况下主要与电解的电回路中各处电阻有关.通过对整个电解电回路深入剖析,找出降低各个关键节点电阻,并采用有效的措施,降低电路电阻,提高导电性,降低直流电耗.
Abstract
DC power consumption is an important economic and technical index in the copper electrolysis process.When the production mode is fixed,it is mainly related to the resistance in various parts of the electrolytic electrical circuit.Through in-depth analysis of the entire electrolytic electrical circuit,identify and reduce the resistance of each key node,and take effective measures to reduce circuit resistance,improve conductivity,and reduce DC power consumption.
