还原温度对16吨炉海绵钛生成结构和质量的影响

摘要
在海绵钛生产过程中,温度是极其重要的影响因素之一,尤其是16吨大型还原蒸馏炉生产的海绵钛温度影响较大,因此将温度控制在合理范围内不仅能够降低致密海绵钛的比重,提升海绵钛质量,还可以改变海绵钛生成结构,提升钛坨表面质量.通过对16吨大型还原蒸馏炉不同还原温度下海绵钛的生成结构、钛坨表面质量及Cl含量的对比分析,探讨还原过程温度对海绵钛生成结构和质量的影响,并提出改善措施.
Abstract
In the process of titanium sponge production,temperature is one of the most important factors,especially for titanium produced by 16-ton reduction distillation furnace.Controlling the temperature within a reasonable range can not only reduce the proportion of dense titanium sponge,improve the quality of titanium sponge,but also change the formation structure and improve the appearance of titanium sponge.Through comparative analysis of the formation structure,surface appearance and percentage of Cl of titanium sponge at different reduction temperatures in a 16-ton reduction distillation furnace,the influence of temperature on the formation structure and quality of titanium sponge was discussed,and the improvement measures were put forward.
