Comparison and optimization of high-precision aluminum content determination methods
This study comprehensively explores the commonly used methods for high-precision aluminum content determination, including atomic absorption spectroscopy(AAS),X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF),and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).These technologies each have their own characteristics, covering from traditional chemical analysis to advanced non-destructive testing techniques.During the analysis process, special attention was paid to the performance and limitations of these methods in terms of accuracy and precision, operational complexity and cost,as well as sample processing and response time. Finally, several strategies were proposed, including technology integration and the application of automation and high-throughput analysis,to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of measurements.
