浅谈通过式铜合金管退火炉节能改造方案及效果

摘要
本文针对传统铜合金管通过式退火炉进行了节能改造,通过改变炉衬材料、改善炉体密封性、加热段增加轴流风机、增加预热段长度等方案,降低了退火炉的能耗,退火炉电耗由171.75度/吨降低到108.27度/吨,下降36.96%,降耗效果明显.本文对节能改造方案进行了分析和说明.
Abstract
In this paper,the traditional copper alloy tube through-type annealing furnace was retrofitted to save energy by changing the lining material,improving the furnace sealing,increasing the axial flow fan in the heating section,increasing the length of the preheating section,etc.,the energy consumption of the annealing furnace was reduced from 171.75kwh/t to 108.27kwh/t,down 36.96%.In this paper,the energy-saving transformation plan is analyzed and explained.
