摘要

冶金仪表智能自动化控制技术是冶金行业迈向智能化生产的关键步骤.本文介绍冶金仪表智能自动化控制技术的应用.首先,阐述冶金仪表智能自动化控制的基本理念,即利用先进智能技术将冶金仪表系统实现自动化控制,提高生产效率和产品质量.其次,概述冶金仪表智能自动化控制技术的要点,包括传感器技术、数据处理与分析技术、智能算法等.最后,重点探讨冶金仪表智能自动化控制技术在实际冶金生产中的应用,分析冶金仪表智能自动化控制技术的优势.

Abstract

The intelligent automation control technology of metallurgical instrument is the key step towards intelligent production in the metallurgical industry.This paper introduces the application of intelligent automation control technology in metallurgical instrument.First of all,the basic concept of intelligent automatic control of metallurgical instrument is expounded,that is,the use of advanced intelligent technology to achieve automatic control of metallurgical instrument system,improve production efficiency and product quality.Secondly,summarize the key points of intelligent automation control technology of metallurgical instrument,including sensor technology,data processing and analysis technology,intelligent algorithm,etc.Finally,the application of intelligent automation control technology in actual metallurgical production is discussed,and the advantages of intelligent automation control technology are analyzed.
