Research and Application of Multi element Furnace Smoke Pre conversion Control System
Compared with the traditional three-stage copper smelting method,the two-stage copper smelting method has the technical advantages of shorter process and more energy-saving.As the main process link of the two-stage short process copper smelting,the multi-component furnace pre converts the high concentration acid making flue gas it produces,improving the SO2 conversion efficiency and increasing the sulfuric acid production by 100000 tons.At the same time,it can also recover the conversion waste heat from the flue gas acid making process,producing 102000 tons of medium pressure saturated steam for steam turbine power generation,thereby achieving dual efficiency.The article combines a real case study of a multi furnace flue gas pre conversion project to analyze the technical problems of flue gas pre conversion production.The process flow of the flue gas pre conversion control system is studied and developed,achieving safe production and cost reduction and efficiency increase for enterprises,proving its high production application and economic value.
