摘要

尾矿库排洪设施对尾矿库的安全运行起着决定性的作用,因此必须保证尾矿库排洪设施的泄流安全和结构安全,不然就可能出现溃坝或尾砂泄漏等安全、环保事故.本文针对中小型尾矿库经常采用的排洪涵管(斜槽)系统,对该型式系统经常出现的隐患及可行的治理措施进行总结介绍,并结合实际工程案例展开详细说明.

Abstract

Flood discharge facilities of tailings pond play a decisive role in the safe operation of tailings pond,so it is necessary to ensure the discharge safety and structure safety of flood discharge facilities,otherwise there may be dam break or tailings leakage and other safety and environmental protection accidents.In view of the flood discharge culvert(chute)system often used in middle and small tailings ponds,this paper summarizes and introduces the hidden dangers and feasible control measures frequently appeared in this type of system,and expounds in detail in combination with practical engineering cases.
