全尾砂物理化学性质及其似膏体充填试验

小铁山选矿厂产出的全尾砂粒径级配较细,-400目以下颗粒占比达到45%左右,通过对全尾砂物理化学性能进行测定,并提出用全尾砂与粉煤灰组合料浆似膏体充填工艺替代现有分级尾砂充填工艺,可以简化选厂供砂工艺、改善充填料浆颗粒级配、减少水泥流失,并有效解决小铁山矿分级尾砂颗粒级配差的问题.
Determination of physical and chemical properties of whole tailing sand and its flocculation experiment
The total tailing produced by Xiaotieshan Concentrator has a fine particle size grading,with particles below-400 mesh accounting for about 45%.By measuring the physical and chemical properties of the total tailing,it is proposed to replace the existing graded tailing filling process with the paste filling process of the combined slurry of total tailing sand and fly ash,which can simplify the sand supply process of the concentrator,improve the particle grading of the filling slurry and reduce cement loss.The problem of particle gradation difference of tailings in Xiaotieshan mine is solved effectively.
