摘要
随着废水处理技术的发展,MVR蒸发器逐渐应用于废液零外排使用中,本文通过某新材料公司处理含NaCl/KCl工业废水,对"降膜蒸发+MVR蒸发"工艺流程,MVR蒸发器的发展,配套设备的设计选用原则和特点,以及实际应用后设备的运行达标情况进行了详细论述.
Abstract
With the development of wastewater treatment technology,MVR evaporator gradually used in waste liquid zero discharge use,this paper through a new material company with NaCl/KCl industrial wastewater,the"drop film evaporation+MVR evaporation"process,the development of MVR evaporator,selection principle and characteristics of the design of supporting equipment,and the practical application of equipment operation standard is discussed in detail.
