Mine Ecological Protection and Restoration from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity
To enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ecological protection and restoration,this study explores the objectives of mine ecological protection and restoration in the context of new productive forces.Based on the integration of high-quality development and high-quality protection through top-level design and strategic planning,this paper comprehensively discusses the top-level design,target plan formulation,restoration plan preparation,resource information sharing,joint monitoring and evaluation,and public education and communication for mine ecological protection and restoration under the new productive forces.In the future,practical operations will be improved by further deepening public participation,innovating financing models,strengthening data sharing,promoting cross-border cooperation,enhancing social evaluation,advancing long-term monitoring,and strengthening law enforcement.These measures aim to create favorable conditions for better achieving the goals of mine ecosystem protection and restoration.
