在铅锌矿开采中,机械设备安全管理对生产和员工安全至关重要.由于作业环境恶劣,设备易磨损和故障,增加事故风险.挑战包括设备老化、维护不当、操作人员培训不足和安全监管不到位等.企业需采取策略,如严格的维护保养计划,安全培训,安全制度和应急预案,以降低事故率,提高生产效率和保障员工安全.企业应认识到这一点并采取有效措施确保设备安全运行.
Abstract
In lead and zinc mining,the safety management of mechanical equipment is crucial to production and employee safety.Due to the harsh working environment,the equipment is easy to wear and failure,increasing the accident risk.Challenges include equipment aging,improper maintenance,inadequate training of operators,and inadequate safety supervision.Enterprises need to adopt strategies,such as strict maintenance plan,safety training,safety system and emergency plan,to reduce the accident rate,improve production efficiency and ensure employee safety.Enterprises should recognize this point and take effective measures to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
