Research and Application of Equipment and Control for Multi element Furnace Waste Heat Power Generation System
Compared with the traditional three-stage copper smelting method,the two-stage copper smelting method has the technical advantages of shorter process and more energy-saving.As the main process link of the two-stage short process copper smelting,the multi element furnace uses the medium pressure waste heat steam generated by it to generate electricity,convert the heat energy into electricity,and integrate it into the main power supply network of production to reduce the comprehensive energy consumption index of the entire production process,thereby achieving cost reduction and efficiency increase.The article combines a real case of a multi furnace waste heat power generation project to analyze the production technology issues of waste heat power generation systems.The main equipment and auxiliary system of copper smelting waste heat power generation have been studied and developed,and a remote automated control production system integrating DCS,DEH,ETS,and MES has been achieved.In combination with the national power grid policy,the electricity load is adjusted in real-time to reduce the comprehensive electricity unit price,proving its high production application and economic value.
