Φ5.03×8.3m溢流型球磨机是公司的核心设备,承担着公司每天4000吨/天的磨矿任务.本文针对公司球磨机出现的进出料端中空轴与轴颈衬套连接法兰之间螺栓频繁断裂的现象,进行原因分析及解决的办法.
Abstract
The overflow type ball mill with a diameter of 5.03×8.3m is the core equipment of the company,undertaking a daily grinding task of 4000 tons/day.This article analyzes the causes and proposes solutions for the frequent bolt breakage between the hollow shaft at the inlet and outlet ends and the connecting flange of the shaft neck liner in the company's ball mill.
