Geological characteristics and prospecting prospects of the Yikete Kaite copper polymetallic deposit in Dulan County,Qinghai Province
The Yiketekate copper polymetallic deposit in Dulan County,Qinghai Province is located in the eastern part of the subduction and accretion complex zone(Ⅳ9-1)on the southern slope of the East Kunlun Mountains, south of the Kunzhong Fault Zone,on the northwest wing of the western part of the Kekesha syncline.Through comprehensive investigation and research of geology, physical and chemical exploration, prospecting indicators such as structure, alteration, and geophysical anomalies were summarized. One structural mineralization alteration zone was discovered, extending 200m~3500m and varying in width from 2m~33m.Define 4 comprehensive anomalies and 6 mineralized zones.Among them, there is one gold copper mineralized skarn belt(SK1)with a gold content of 0.28g/t;One Huangtie mineralization cobalt mineralization skarn belt(SK2)was discovered, marking the first discovery of cobalt mineralization; There are three mineralized alteration zones(Sb1,Sb3,Sb4)in the silicified copper structure, and one mineralized alteration zone(Sb2)in the silicified pyrite structure. The TiO2 content is generally greater than 5%,with the highest reaching 9.6%.The research results indicate that the morphology and orientation of the ore body are strictly controlled by the northeast trending tectonic fracture zone, and the mineralization genesis type in the area is tectonic hydrothermal filling metasomatism. The six mineralized zones delineated have good prospecting prospects.
