Geological characteristics and genesis analysis of precious polymetallic deposits in northern Gansu Province
Through comprehensive geological surveys and data analysis,it is known that the ore-forming geological characteristics and genesis of polymetallic deposits in the northern Guizhou region of Gansu Province can provide reliable basis for mineral resource development. The mineral deposits in this area are mainly distributed in the Red Liuyuan Formation of the Middle Carboniferous and the late Variscan intrusive rocks, and are controlled by significant regional faults and their secondary faults. In addition, the formation of mineral deposits is closely related to magmatic activity and hydrothermal flow. This article further identifies a series of clear prospecting indicators, including surrounding rock types, structural features, magmatic rock features, geochemical anomalies, and alteration features, providing important scientific guidance for future exploration activities.
