Discussion on sedimentary environment of Permian rare earth polymetallic deposits in western Guizhou
Deposition is not only an important process of rare earth polymetallic ore enrichment, but also the place where deposition occurs is often an important place of rare earth polymetallic ore occurrence,so the study on the sedimentary environment of rare earth polymetallic ore in this area has both theoretical and practical significance. In this study, the sedimentary environment of rare earth polymetallic deposits in this area can be divided into lake facies, river facies, peat swamp facies and delta facies by systematically summarizing the sedimentary characteristics of typical rare earth polymetallic ore-bearing rock series in the area, combining with the geochemical characteristics of sr/ba,δCe and Th/U values, which have environmental indicative significance, and the regional sedimentary paleogeographic background.
