Research on Optimization Method of Loose Rope Protection Device for Single Rope Winding Hoist
The existing single-rope winding hoist loose rope protection device has limitations.During the operation of the hoist,the position of the lifting container or the balancing device suspended at the end of the lifting wire rope changes,and the tension difference of the wire rope on both sides of the sheave also changes accordingly.When the wire rope tension between the sheave and the lifting container or the balancing device is greater than the wire rope tension between the drum and the sheave,the wire rope between the drum and the sheave will not relax,and the loose rope protection device equipped with the hoist cannot play its due protective function.Aiming at the problem of loose wire rope that may occur during the operation of the single-rope winding hoist,this paper proposes an optimization method for the loose rope protection device of the hoist using wireless sensing devices and new sensors.This method can effectively improve the accuracy and real-time performance of the loose rope detection of the hoist,make the hoist run more safely and reliably,and minimize the probability of safety accidents caused by the lack of function of the loose rope protection device of the hoist.It has broad application prospects for ensuring personal safety and reducing economic losses.
