Design of intelligent processing experimental platform based on industrial Internet
In response to the current constraints faced by the non-ferrous metal industry in terms of resources, emissions, energy consumption, and efficiency, this paper proposes a smart factory architecture for non-ferrous metal smelting based on the Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT).The proposed architecture aims to optimize the production process, improve the sustainability of the supply chain, reduce energy consumption, enhance production efficiency, and facilitate better management practices, thereby overcoming industry bottlenecks.Specifically tailored to the context of copper smelting, the designed smart factory architecture revolves around the core concept of the IIoT and leverages a cloud-edge-end collaborative framework. It integrates key technologies such as artificial intelligence-based self-healing,digital twinning, machine learning, advanced control, and communication technologies. This innovative approach provides a fresh perspective and practical solutions for the development of the non-ferrous metal industry.
