Research and practice of commercialization of arsenic resources in complex gold-copper concentrates
The research and practice of arsenic resource productization in arsenic complex gold-copper concentrate of a smelting company in Shandong are introduced.The flue gas generated by the arsenic complex gold-copper concentrate is melted by fire method,and the flue gas generated by the electric precipitator is sent to the electric dust ash treatment system to recover valuable metals such as arsenic and lead;the flue gas after the electric precipitator enters the quenching arsenic recovery system,and the collected arsenic ash and the crude arsenic obtained by the electric dust ash treatment are used as raw materials for the rotary kiln system.The comprehensive recovery technology of electric dust ash and the dry arsenic recovery technology of flue gas are studied respectively,and the final product is crude arsenic trioxide.The crude arsenic trioxide product is purified by rotary kiln to obtain 95% arsenic trioxide.The comprehensive recovery technology of dilute acid sulfurization and the roasting technology of arsenic sulfide are used to obtain 95% arsenic trioxide.The 95% arsenic trioxide is purified by steel belt furnace system to obtain more than 99.5% arsenic trioxide;the 95% arsenic trioxide is reduced to metal arsenic,and the metal arsenic can be obtained by chlorination,distillation,reduction and other processes to obtain 6N~7N high purity arsenic.The comprehensive recovery technology of electric dust ash,the dry arsenic recovery technology of flue gas,the comprehensive recovery technology of dilute acid sulfurization,the roasting technology of arsenic sulfide and the deep processing technology of arsenic are introduced respectively,and the problems existing in production practice are solved.It provides a way for the recycling and utilization of arsenic resources in the industry.
