电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定锌冶炼物料中铊含量

试验采用王水溶解试样,选择Tl190.856nm为分析谱线,建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES),铊质量浓度在0.0020%~0.050%范围内,与谱线强度呈良好线性关系,相关系数r为0.99999,铊的检出限为0.0076μg/mL,试验方法应用于锌冶炼物料中铊的测定,结果的相对标准偏差RSD均小于4.62%,回收率在90%~103%,运用此法能够高效、简单测定锌冶炼系统中铊含量的测定.
Determination of thallium content in zinc smelting materials by Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry
Aqua regia was used to dissolve the sample,Tl190.856nm was selected as the analysis line,and the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)was established,the thallium mass concentration was in the range of 0.0020%~0.050%,and the spectral line intensity showed a good linear relationship,the correlation coefficient r was 0.99999,and the detection limit of thallium was 0.0076μg/mL.The test method is applied to the determination of thallium in zinc smelting materials,and the relative standard deviation RSD of the results is less than 4.62%,and the recovery rate is 90%~103%,which can be used to efficiently and simply determine the determination of thallium content in zinc smelting system.
