Determination of thallium content in zinc smelting materials by Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry
Aqua regia was used to dissolve the sample,Tl190.856nm was selected as the analysis line, and the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)was established, the thallium mass concentration was in the range of 0.0020%~0.050%,and the spectral line intensity showed a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient r was 0.99999,and the detection limit of thallium was 0.0076μg/mL.The test method is applied to the determination of thallium in zinc smelting materials, and the relative standard deviation RSD of the results is less than 4.62%,and the recovery rate is 90%~103%,which can be used to efficiently and simply determine the determination of thallium content in zinc smelting system.
