Application of Refined Management in the Evaporation and Concentration System of High Concentration Alkali Liquid and Flake Alkali
Akali liquid and flake alkali are different forms of caustic soda products,which have extremely strong corrosiveness.The production process of caustic soda can be divided into two major systems,namely ion-exchange membrane electrolysis and evaporation concentration system.When using caustic soda solution of ionic film electrolysis method as raw material,the production of high concentration alkali liquid is generally evaporated and concentrated by three-effect continuous falling film evaporator.The production of caustic soda is based on high concentration liquid caustic soda as raw material,mainly using pre-concentration and final-concentration of falling film evaporator,continuous evaporation and concentration of flash tank,and finally processed into shape by caustic soda machine.As an important process of caustic soda production,the evaporation and concentration system is convenient for continuous and automatic control,and also energy-saving and environmentally friendly.However,some enterprises often pay more attention to product output and lack perfect technical means of water resources utilization,which leads to a large amount of water resources waste in evaporation and concentration system.At the same time,due to the neglect of the high degree of continuity and automation in the production process,the strong corrosiveness of the material and liquid,and the high dependence of product output and quality on personnel quality and equipment integrity,some enterprises still use traditional methods for human resource allocation and management,which not only leads to high system labor costs but also is not conducive to stable production.The problem mentioned above seriously restricts and affects the normal development of enterprises.Hence,how to crack such problems within enterprises,introduce refined management methods,and systematically study and solve them is a very effective choice.
