在"绿色制造"理念的推动下,"绿色冶金"和"过程调控"成为氧化铝工业发展的一个重要课题.本文从节能降耗和资源循环利用等角度,阐述了国内氧化铝行业"绿色冶金"技术的发展现状.然后,分析了该系统的关键、难点,提出了相应的优化方案.探讨了工艺优化的方法,并提出了在环境影响评估中的重要性.通过本论文的研究,可以更全面地对氧化铝生产工艺的控制问题提供有益的参考.
Green Metallurgy and Process Control Challenges in Alumina Production
Driven by the concept of"green manufacturing","green metallurgy"and"process control"have become important issues in the development of the alumina industry.This article elaborates on the current development status of"green metallurgy"technology in the domestic alumina industry from the perspectives of energy conservation,consumption reduction,and resource recycling.Then,the key and difficult points of the system were analyzed,and corresponding optimization solutions were proposed.Explored methods for process optimization and highlighted their importance in environmental impact assessment.Through the research in this paper,useful references can be provided for a more comprehensive understanding of the control issues in the production process of alumina.
