A Brief Analysis of Technical Management in Metal Ore Mining
Common methods for open-pit metal mining include deep mining, shallow mining, gravity sanding, and rapid flow grinding. For metal ore mining in different mines,it is necessary to choose a reasonable method based on regional geological conditions and topography, and use one or more open-pit mining methods to achieve different production capacities.By taking a mine in a certain region as the object of metal ore mining, this study explores the spatial distribution of open-pit metal ore boundaries, ore bodies, faults, surrounding rocks, and interbedded rocks.Based on this,a combination of independent deep mining method, steep slope mining method, and induced caving mining method is developed.Large excavators and loaders are used to excavate the metal ore mixture from deep layers, and the metal ore, sand, and soil are separated by screening machines. The metal ore is then sorted, washed, and dried to obtain the required metal ore.The collaborative mining scheme for open-pit metal mines can adapt to the mining of metal mines with different terrain and geological conditions, while reducing the cost of ore mining and achieving safety in metal ore mining and quality management.
