Experimental Study on Mineral Processing of a Complex Metal Ore
Multiple valuable elements are associated in a certain gold polymetallic ore,and the distribution characteristics of key minerals are significant with extremely small particles.In order to maximize the extraction of these values,this article designs and implements a special processing strategy,namely copper priority flotation combined with gold cobalt mixed flotation process flow.This innovative method has successfully achieved effective classification and separation of valuable metals in ores.Accurate results were obtained through closed-circuit testing:the produced copper concentrate has a high-purity Au content of 228.00g/t,a recovery rate of 12.19%,an Ag grade of 974.00g/t,a recovery rate of 37.71%,a Cu grade of 27.590%,and a recovery rate of 80.65%for refined copper ore.In addition,there are gold cobalt concentrates with Au grade of 65.00g/t,recovery rate of 57.22%,Ag grade of 28.00g/t,recovery rate of 17.86%,Co grade of 0.5500%,and a recovery rate of 53.02%.
