西藏某难选氧化铜矿高效浮选回收试验研究

本次试验先采用硫酸铵和硫化钠作硫化剂,再使用丁铵黑药和乙硫氨酯组合捕收剂的药剂制度,可以消除矿泥的不良影响,提升富连生体、微细粒级氧化铜的回收效果,能大幅提升选铜指标.采用一粗三精二扫的闭路流程,小型试验铜回收率达到81.04%,铜品位为20.31%.
Experimental Study on High-efficiency Flotation Recovery of Refractory Copper oxide Ore in Tibet
In this experiment,ammonium sulfate and sodium sulphide were used as sulfides first,and then ammonium butyrate black powder and ethyl thiocarbamate combined collector was used to eliminate the adverse effects of slime,the recovery effect of copper oxide of fine particle and rich intergrowth can be improved greatly.Adopt a thick one roughing-three cleaning-three-scavenging closed-circuit process,The recovery of copper reached 81.04%and the copper grade was 20.31%.
