Design and Application of GIS based Mining Geological Exploration and Mapping Information System
The terrain,landforms,and geological conditions of mines are relatively complex,especially in some remote areas where the development difficulty is greater.This highlights the importance of geological exploration work in mines.Reasonably carrying out geological exploration work in mines can provide information support for the layout of working faces and tunnels,and also provide relevant data to prevent geological disasters and ensure the safety of mining operations.In the new era,the application of GIS technology in geological exploration is becoming increasingly widespread,which can ensure the quality of mining exploration and improve exploration efficiency.Based on this,this article analyzes the characteristics of GIS technology and explores the design and application strategies of a mining geological exploration and mapping information system based on GIS technology.
