Experimental Study on the Flotation of Black Collector in Sulfide Copper Mine
Sulfide ore is an important mineral resource and a major source of precious metals.Flotation is a commonly used ore dressing method and is currently the preferred method for comprehensive recovery of sulfide ore. This study focuses on the characteristics of black powder collectors and applies them to flotation experiments of sulfide copper ore.By analyzing the properties of sulfide copper ore and toxic ore, different grinding fineness and pH value adjustments are selected to conduct experiments on sulfide copper ore and toxic sand. Finally, under appropriate indicators, closed circuit experiments are conducted on the two minerals. The experimental results show that the combination of butylammonium black powder and copper sulfide can obtain a gold grade of 24.97g/t,with a gold recovery rate of 87.92%.The recovery rate of butylammonium black powder on copper sulfide ore is 3.65 percentage points higher than that of toxic ore.Research has shown that the flotation effect of black powder collectors on copper sulfide is relatively high, which can provide a certain reference for the mineral processing industry.
