As the nation's dual carbon policy progresses,energy saving and consumption reduction have become crucial in the electrolytic aluminum industry.Enterprises strive for energy efficiency and quality improvement through optimizing technical conditions,reducing leakage and spills,and promoting technological innovations.During the operation of electrolytic cells,materials within the gas collection hood at the upper structure tend to leak into the center seam,affecting production and increasing alumina consumption.This paper analyzes the hazards and causes of such leakage,and proposes multi-dimensional solutions including source control,parameter adjustment,and feed pathway blockage to alleviate the issue of center seam leakage.
