钛合金A-TIG焊工艺技术研究

国内外对钛合金活性焊主要停留在单组分活性剂的工艺研究上,对其活性剂配方下的焊接工艺探索较少,特别是对于8mm厚TC4钛合金的活性焊接工艺少有研究.该研究针对航空飞行器用材TC4钛合金,采用自研活性剂配方及正交设计法,分别从焊接电流、电弧长度、焊接速度及氩气流量四个方面的工艺参数,进行A-TIG焊工艺研究,并通过自制活性剂涂敷装置,进一步探索活性剂涂敷量对焊缝成形的影响规律.结果显示:正交设计法下,最佳焊接工艺参数为,焊接电流170A~220A,焊接速度100~130mm·min-1,电弧弧长1mm及氩气流量14~22L·min-1,且焊缝气孔、拉伸性能及硬度指标均符合相关工艺标准;同时,焊缝熔深随着单位面积上的涂敷量增加而升高,且达到0.06g/cm2 时,熔深达到最大值,继续增加涂敷量,熔深则会下降.
Research on titanium alloy A-TIG welding process technology
In the world,the active welding of titanium alloy mainly stays in the process research of one-component active agent,and the welding process under the active agent formula is rarely explored,especially for the active welding process of 8mm thick TC4 titanium alloy.Based on orthogonal design method,A-TIG welding process research was carried out for TC4 titanium alloy,and the influence of the welding current、arc length、welding speed and argon flow on weld bead.Through the self-made activating fluxes coating device,the influence of activating fluxes coating amount on weld forming was further explored.The result show that the best welding process parameters are as follows,the welding current is 170A~220A,the welding speed is 100~130mm·min-1,the arc length is 1 mm and the argon flow rate is 14~22L·min-1,and the mechanical properties of the welding seam for the weld pores、tensile properties and hardness meet the relevant standards;The weld penetration increases first with the increase of coating amount reaching maximum at 0.06g/cm2,when the amount of activating fluxes continue to increase,the penetration will decrease.
