基于PLC的空压机组智能联控监测技术改造

空压机作为工矿企业的重要设备,能为生产过程提供动力源,其正常运行对生产至关重要.为解决空压机故障导致的供气不足问题,降低现场巡检人员的劳动强度,以及优化空压机的频繁加卸载操作,本文设计了一套PLC控制柜,实现了对空压机组的联动控制和远程监控技术改造.改造后的现场应用结果表明,该方案能够精确监测空压机的运行参数,大幅降低人工巡检次数,有效实现稳压供风与保压启停等功能,对于提高工厂的整体自动化和智能化水平具有深远意义.
Renovation of Intelligent Control and Monitoring Technology for Air Compressor Units Based on PLC
As an important equipment in industrial and mining enterprises,air compressors can provide power sources for the production process,and their normal operation is crucial for production.In order to solve the problem of insufficient gas supply caused by air compressor faults,reduce the labor intensity of on-site inspection personnel,and optimize the frequent loading and unloading operations of the air compressor,this paper designs a set of PLC control cabinets to achieve linkage control and remote monitoring technology transformation of the air compressor unit.The on-site application results after the renovation show that this scheme can accurately monitor the operating parameters of the air compressor,significantly reduce the number of manual inspections,effectively achieve functions such as stable air supply and pressure maintaining start stop,and has profound significance for improving the overall automation and intelligence level of the factory.
