Optimization and conservation strategy of energy consumption in open-pit mining project
The current energy consumption optimization and conservation structure in mining engineering is generally set as an independent form,the efficiency of energy consumption optimization is relatively low,and the energy conservation ratio is greatly reduced.Therefore,the design and verification study of energy consumption optimization and conservation strategy in open-pit mining engineering is proposed.According to the current test requirements and standards,the average energy consumption of the unit cycle is calculated first,and the multi-level method is adopted to improve the efficiency of energy consumption optimization and design the multi-level energy consumption optimization structure.Based on this,the energy consumption optimization model of AP-SVR mining project is constructed,and renewable energy is replaced to realize energy saving.Test results show that:compared with the traditional evolution algorithm of mining engineering source consumption optimization and saving test group,traditional optimization AP-SVR model mining engineering source consumption optimization and saving test group,the design of the AP-SVR mining engineering source consumption optimization and saving test group final energy saving ratio above 5.5%,that the design method of energy consumption optimization and saving method effect better,more targeted,has the practical application value.
