铜冶炼渣中主要有价金属有铜、铁、硫等.其中含有大量的黄铜矿、黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿和闪锌矿等.因此,对铜冶炼渣进行选矿试验研究和工业应用有着十分重要的意义.根据铜渣中含铜矿物种类及含量,选择适宜的选矿方法是生产优质铜渣的关键技术之一.本文主要介绍了铜渣选矿试验研究工作及选矿工艺技术路线,并结合多年现场试验,针对某厂铜渣选矿工艺流程展开分析.
Analysis of Copper Smelting Slag Mineral Processing Process Flow
The main valuable metals in copper smelting slag include copper,iron,sulfur,etc.It contains a large amount of chalcopyrite,pyrite,magnetite,and sphalerite.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct beneficiation experiments and industrial applications on copper smelting slag.Choosing the appropriate beneficiation method based on the type and content of copper minerals in copper slag is one of the key technologies for producing high-quality copper slag.This article mainly introduces the research work on copper slag beneficiation experiments and beneficiation process technology routes,and analyzes the beneficiation process of copper slag in a certain factory based on years of on-site experiments.
