Exploring the construction of an evaluation system for the effectiveness of ecological restoration in mines in Shaoguan City
Shaoguan City,as an important city in the the Nanling Mountain Mountains in northern Guangdong Province, has rich mineral resources.Long term mineral mining activities have brought great pressure to the local geological environment.Due to the serious problems of mine geological environment such as landform destruction, land resource occupation, secondary geological disasters and water and soil environment pollution caused by mine mining, biodiversity has also been damaged.Scientific planning of mine ecological restoration is a key way to maintain ecological security and energy security, and evaluation of mine ecological restoration effect is an essential link to show the benefits of local ecological environment governance and natural resource protection. This article explores how Shaoguan City has effectively controlled geological hazards, improved soil quality, increased vegetation coverage, and enhanced soil and water conservation capacity through the implementation of geological hazard management,in-situ soil matrix improvement, drainage interception, and soil cover greening restoration measures.By utilizing a reasonable evaluation system for the effectiveness of mineral ecological restoration,it has promoted regional ecological balance and sustainable development, providing valuable experience for the ecological restoration of mines in Guangdong Province.
