Chemical speciation analysis of metal and non-metal impurity elements in ultrafine nickel powder and their influence on properties
This study aims to explore the influence of impurity elements on the properties of ultrafine nickel powder, providing theoretical basis for optimizing its preparation process and improving its application performance. The experiment systematically studied the mechanism of the effects of different types and contents of impurity elements on the conductivity, hardness, ductility, chemical stability, and corrosion resistance of nickel powder. The results showed that metallic impurities caused a decrease in conductivity,an increase in hardness, and a decrease in ductility of nickel powder, while non-metallic impurities significantly reduced its chemical stability and corrosion resistance. The conclusion drawn from the comprehensive experimental results is that precise control of impurity elements is the key to improving the performance of ultrafine nickel powder, which can provide important guidance for the industrial application of ultrafine nickel powder.
