Force analysis and design of steel structure belt conveyor corridor
Belt conveyor is the necessary equipment in many industrial plants.Based on a design example of belt conveyor corridor in a concentrator,this article expounds the calculation of vertical and horizontal loads of steel truss belt conveyor corridor,the arrangement and calculation of members,the selection and optimization of the section of members,design of trusses for connection and transport and installation.One-way inclined bar system and herringbone web system with vertical bar are the two most common forms of truss.Based on the four layout schemes,the Chinese Academy of Sciences PKPM calculation software is used to model and calculate the forces on the members,the calculation results are analyzed and compared.According to the principle of tension and compression of long rod and short rod,the design plan with reasonable force and less material consumption is finally selected.
