水冷降温法在贵金属焊接上的应用

由于黄金和白银等贵金属导电性能好,导致使用常规无缝焊接机焊接金银制品时变压器和焊接电极发热量巨大.常用的焊接设备没有辅助降温的配套设施,一般通过自然降温的方式散热.为避免操作危险,常规的无缝焊接机焊接生产8到10件金银制品后就需要停机,依靠自然冷却或者压缩空气冷却的方式进行辅助降温.待设备降温至工作温度后,才能继续进行焊接.现通过借鉴汽车发动机水冷散热原理,采用增加循环水与风冷降温系统的方式,将短路焊接时电流释放的巨量热量,由冷却系统转移释放至空气中,减少焊接系统中的热量集聚.改进后的焊接机可以不间断的进行金银制品的焊接,显著提升了工作效率.
Application of Water-cooled Cooling Method in Precious Metal Welding Machine
Due to the good conductivity of precious metals such as gold and silver,the transformer and welding electrode generate a huge amount of heat when welding gold and silver products with conventional seamless welding machines.Commonly used welding equipment does not have supporting facilities to assist in cooling,and generally dissipates heat through natural cooling.In order to avoid operational hazards,conventional seamless welding machines need to stop after welding 8 to 10 pieces of gold and silver products,and rely on natural cooling or compressed air cooling to assist in cooling.Wait for the equipment to cool down to the working temperature before continuing to weld.Now,by drawing on the principle of water cooling and heat dissipation of automobile engines,the method of increasing circulating water and air-cooled cooling system is adopted to transfer the huge amount of heat released by the current during short-circuit welding from the cooling system to the air,so as to reduce the heat accumulation in the welding system.The improved welding machine can continuously weld gold and silver products,which significantly improves the work efficiency.
