某露天矿山高台阶排土稳定机制与工艺优化实践

随着露天矿山排土工艺技术的发展,高效率低费用的高台阶排土技术正在被国内外露天矿山广泛采用.排土段高的增加可大幅提高矿山排土效率,减少排土道路修筑等工程量.高台阶排土是指大于正常条件下的排土参数.在成本方面具有较大优越性,故高台阶排土技术成了露天矿山排土工艺新的发展趋势.但高台阶排土并不是越高越好,具有局限性.一个露天矿山排土场合理参数的确定应因地制宜,不同的矿山应结合各自的排土工艺进行参数选择.铜曼采场南加排土场设计台阶高度40m,但结合南加现场条件分析后认为其排土段高适当增加是有提升空间的.高台阶排土技术的应用破解了企业的生产难题,降低了企业排土成本,相关经验是值得类似矿山借鉴及应用的.
Stability Mechanism and Process Optimization Practice of High Bench Dumping in an Open Pit Mine
With the development of open-pit mine dumping technology,high-efficiency and low-cost high-bench dumping technology is widely adopted by open-pit mines at home and abroad.The increase in the height of the dumping section can significantly improve the efficiency of mining dumping and reduce the construction of dumping roads and other engineering quantities.High bench dumping refers to the dumping parameters that are greater than normal conditions.In terms of cost,it has significant advantages,so high bench dumping technology has become a new development trend in open-pit mine dumping technology.However,high step soil dumping is not necessarily better as it has limitations.The determination of reasonable parameters for an open-pit mine's dumping site should be tailored to local conditions,and different mines should combine their respective dumping processes for parameter selection.The designed bench height of the Tongman mining site's Nanjia waste dump is 40m,but based on the analysis of the on-site conditions in Nanjia,it is believed that there is room for improvement by appropriately increasing the height of its waste dump section.The application of high bench dumping technology has solved the production difficulties of enterprises and reduced their dumping costs.The relevant experience is worthy of reference and application in similar mines.
