本文从材料选择、结构设计以及性能测试等方面入手,探讨了镁铝合金的稀土细化及其影响因素,并通过实验验证了稀土元素对镁铝合金力学性能的影响.同时,结合磁性流体发电器的工作原理,分析了稀土元素对于磁性流体发电机的应用价值.最后,总结了稀土元素对镁铝合金力学性能影响的原因,提出了今后进一步探究的方向.
Rare earth refinement mechanism,microstructure and properties of magnesium aluminum alloy
This article explores the rare earth refinement of magnesium aluminum alloys and its influencing factors from the aspects of material selection,structural design,and performance testing,and verifies the influence of rare earth elements on the mechanical properties of magnesium aluminum alloys through experiments.Meanwhile,based on the working principle of magnetic fluid generators,the application value of rare earth elements in magnetic fluid generators was analyzed.Finally,the reasons for the influence of rare earth elements on the mechanical properties of magnesium aluminum alloys were summarized,and future directions for further exploration were proposed.
