As an efficient solid-liquid separation equipment,the application research of NGT22 paste thickener in mines is particularly important.Based on this,this article introduces the basic working principle and technical parameters of NGT22 paste thickener,analyzes the equipment structure and functions in detail,and reveals its advantages in solid-liquid separation process.Evaluate the application effect of NGT22 paste thickener under different mining conditions through case analysis.The research results show that the equipment can effectively improve the thickening efficiency of the slurry,reduce the moisture content,thereby reducing the energy consumption of subsequent processing steps.The stability exhibited in processing high viscosity slurry provides reliable technical support for mining production.
