摘要

本文结合某冶炼厂回转式阳极炉的生产实践,探讨了回转式阳极炉炉窑寿命的影响因素,分析了炉内各区域耐火材料的选型,筒体砖、端墙砖、风口砖、炉口砖、透气砖等关键区域耐火材料、炉口水套的寿命情况,造渣倒渣机制等对炉窑寿命的影响等,对回转式阳极炉长周期安全生产提出了管控措施及优化建议.

Abstract

Based on the production practice of rotary anode furnace in a smelter,this paper discusses the factors affecting the life of rotary anode furnace,analyzes the selection of refractory materials in each area of the furnace,the life of refractory materials and water jacket in key areas such as barrel brick,end wall brick,tuyere brick,furnace brick and breathable brick,and the influence of slag making and dumping mechanism on the life of furnace,etc.The control measures and optimization suggestions for the long cycle safety production of rotary anode furnace are put forward.
