摘要

本文主要探讨了基于智能化闭锁技术的安全型斜井矿车自动脱钩装置的检验方法.首先介绍了矿山智能化闭锁技术的安全型斜井矿车的标准要求,由于矿山作业的危险系数较高,对于智能化闭锁技术的安全型斜井矿车需要采用一些比较优质的检测方法来提升其安全性能,该检验方法对于矿山智能化闭锁技术的安全型斜井矿车的安全保障措施方面具有重要意义.通过该检验方法的应用,可以让矿山智能化闭锁技术的安全型斜井矿车具备本质安全保障措施,从而降低工作人员和设备的事故风险,实现矿山斜井矿车运输生产的可持续发展.

Abstract

This paper mainly discusses the inspection method of automatic uncoupling device of safety inclined mine car based on intelligent locking technology.This paper first introduces the standard requirements of the safety-type inclined mine car of the mine intelligent latching technology,for the safety-type inclined mine car with intelligent blocking technology,some high-quality detection methods should be adopted to improve its safety performance,this test method is of great significance to the safety measures of the safety inclined mine car with the intelligent locking technology.Through the application of this test method,the safety-type inclined mine car of mine intelligent latching technology can be provided with essential safety safeguard measures,thus reducing the accident risk of workers and equipment,to realize the sustainable development of mine inclined mine car transportation production.
