Geological characteristics and genesis of the Darilongwa polymetallic deposit in Dulan County,Qinghai Province
The Darilongwa polymetallic deposit in Dulan County is located on the southern edge of the Qaidam Basin,north of the East Kunlun orogenic belt,and belongs to the Qimantag Dulan Hualixi period iron,cobalt,copper,lead,zinc,tin,and wollastonite(antimony,bismuth)mineralization belt.On the basis of preliminary exploration work,this article introduces the regional geological background and the mineralization geological background of the mining area.It introduces the geological characteristics of the deposit in the mining area from the aspects of stratigraphy,structure,magmatic rocks,ore body characteristics,and ore characteristics.It preliminarily discusses the mineralization age and genesis of the deposit.Overall,it is believed that the mining area has developed fault structures,strong magmatic activity,and good mineralization geological conditions;Oxidation markers,alteration markers,and structural markers are the main indicators for mineral exploration in the area;Through comprehensive analysis of previous exploration results,it is believed that this area has great potential for mineral exploration.
