Application research of high-efficiency electrochemical flotation technology in metal ore flotation process
Efficient electrochemical flotation technology is a new type of metal ore flotation process,which introduces electrochemical reactions such as electrolysis,electrodeposition,etc.during the flotation process to change the surface charge properties of the ore,thereby regulating the adsorption and metallurgical reactions between the ore and the flotation agent,further improving the flotation efficiency and separation effect.This technology has the characteristics of high selectivity,high recovery rate,and low energy consumption,which is of great significance for the processing of some difficult to select and complex ores.The purpose of this study is to explore the application of efficient electrochemical flotation technology in metal ore flotation processes,and to investigate its potential for improving separation efficiency and conserving resources.
